Partecipa is a digital space for civic collaboration for the Municipality of Bologna. The platform lays out the requirements for submitting a pact (or public-private partnership), gives guidelines on what issues the city wants to target, provides an easy way for people to submit proposals, and shares the pacts’ outcomes.
